I reached out by email a couple of times thinking it would be a quick fix, but then I ended up waiting days just to get a response. And when I finally did, it didn’t really help with what I needed. the whole thing was frustrating.

i bought this because it said it was MagSafe compatible, but it really doesn’t work well for me. my charger keeps sliding off, and when it actually does connect, it charges really slowly. i tried a couple different MagSafe chargers and had the same issue every time. the case itself looks fine, but MagSafe was the whole reason i got it, so i’m disappointed.

My camera does feel safer with this on, so that part is good. The screen still ended up with a few tiny scratches tho, so it’s not like total protection or anything.

and I’ve had this Woop Case for a few months now. It looked really nice when I first got it and fit my phone well, but the corners started getting rough way sooner than I thought they would.
It still does the job and protects my phone, so I wouldn’t say it was a waste. I just wish the outside held up better with everyday use. Three stars feels about right.

I tried to order a case, but the checkout kept freezing on me and my cart emptied itself twice. After about 20 minutes of dealing with it, I just gave up. The whole experience felt really frustrating and left me not wanting to use the site again.

The case looks nice and it’s handled a few small drops without any issues. But after one bigger fall, one of the corners still ended up getting scratched. It’s not bad overall, I just pretty much expected a little more protection.

I got a phone case from woopcase.com, and I can say with absolute confidence it fits... just not perfectly. One corner is weirdly tight, like it’s determined to fight for its life, and the buttons are definitely harder to press than they should be.
That said, it works perfectly fine with my charger, and the camera cutout lines up exactly where it’s supposed to, so compatibility isn’t really the issue. I’m 100% sure it’s not a bad case, but it’s also definitely not amazing. I just wish the fit felt a little cleaner
